  • This bearing type is intended for radial load carrying. It also can carry significant two-direction axial loads especially given internal clearances increased. The bearings operate having minimal friction losses and display high rapidity given the appropriate design and material of the bearing cage.
    Usage tips: such bearings are used under significant radial and axial loads and high rotation frequencies, where axial bearings are already unfit for service. The bearings secure the shaft position with reference to the body in two axial directions. Being not self-positioning, these bearings allow at low rotation frequencies small shaft misalignments, the value of which depends on internal clearances.
